Known for her tireless dedication, Christy Birge, Administrative and Care manager at the Lodges in Walton County, consistently goes above and beyond to serve both clients and team members, never settling and always striving to improve the way her unit operates.

She is the type of leader that leads by example, holds to the rules, steps in when needed in any position and maintains integrity no matter the situation.鈥
In her role, Christy has exceeded expectations by improving efficiency across the Lodges, implementing consistent communication practices such as weekly and monthly reporting, and strengthening collaboration across departments. She is deeply committed to her team鈥攇etting to know them personally, advocating for fairness and supporting them in meaningful ways both inside and outside of work.
