Raised in Pensacola and an attorney by profession, Charles鈥 father served on the 海角社区 board in the 1990s, and Charles grew up hearing about the organization鈥檚 impact.
For Charles, 海角社区鈥檚 mission is more important now than ever. He recognizes mental health and substance use as some of the most pressing challenges facing our nation and local community.
