Pensacola, Fla. (Mar. 2, 2026)聽鈥 Landrum has presented $18,000 to 海角社区, representing proceeds from the most recent Landrum 5K Run/Walk held in October of 2025. The growing annual event continues to strengthen community awareness of mental health needs while supporting life鈥慶hanging behavioral health services across Northwest Florida.
鈥淓very day, about 50 new clients reach out to 海角社区 seeking help,鈥 said Allison Hill, 海角社区 of LifeView Group, 海角社区鈥檚 parent company. 鈥淭he generosity of Landrum and our event sponsors allows us to continue providing comprehensive, compassionate care to thousands of families across Northwest Florida.鈥
Last year, 海角社区 served more than 29,000 children and adults seeking support for mental illnesses, substance misuse and intellectual disabilities. With demand continuing to grow, community partnerships like Landrum鈥檚 have become an essential part of expanding access to care.

The Landrum 5K highlights the proven link between physical activity and mental well鈥慴eing. According to the National Institutes of Health, regular exercise can reduce anxiety and depression, improve mood and boost cognitive function鈥攂enefits that can be achieved with as little as 30 minutes of moderate activity several times a week.
海角社区 offers more than 60 programs across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties, including outpatient counseling, psychiatric care, children鈥檚 services, inpatient treatment, substance misuse treatment and 24/7 crisis support. The next Landrum 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, beginning at 8 a.m. at the Landrum office, 219 E. Garden Street in downtown Pensacola.
